My life, my passion.
Theresa Akers is a homegrown Minneapolis girl who received her formal life training in the boroughs of New York City. Enamored with the sights and sounds of a vibrant new future, she pursued her various passions through the beginnings of formal architecture training at Pratt Institute and honing them through a more personal investigation of the psychological affect of spaces with a concentration in Spatial Psychology and Visual Design, a Bachelor of Arts from NYU. Her various skills find their foundations in her perpetual pursuit to understand the intricate workings behind design, construction, and visual communication, and in her innate drive to continually create and shape the world around her. She currently lives in Minneapolis, where she enjoys the occasional science fiction novel, small home improvement projects, and cold Belgian dubbels.
